Filter Housings-ASHRAE Rated	Our ASHRAE Side Access Filter Housings are minimum depth units designed to accommodate ASHRAE-Rated filters 2" (standard), 4",  6" and 12" in depth. They are available in a variety of Configurations, Single Stage, 2-Stage, V-Bank Design and more. Our HEPA Filter Housings and ULPA Filter Housings are built to satisfy the most rigourous demands. They are factory-assembled, flanged units, suitable for installation in a duct or next to an air handling unit. We can also Provide "Flat Plate Transitions to directly mate to almosy any Modular Air Handler Manufacturer, providing SUPERIOR Air Filter Sealing than those provided by the typical Air Handler Manufacturer's Filter Section. As little as 12 in. of inline depth is required with no need for holding frames or fasteners. Our ASHRAE Housings accommodate filters of different types and efficiencies up to 95%, per ASHRAE Standard 52.1 dust-spot test methods. Filters are easily serviced through quick-opening access doors. Factory-gasketed channels and doors assure positive sealing. The efficiency of fully-loaded housings is equal to that of the individual filters. Diffuser Sections are also available to compensate for poor Inlet Conditions with only 0.10" Pressure Drop at 500 FPM!

Standard Construction is 14-16 Gauge construction. Materials include galvanized steel, fully welded aluminum construction AND even Stainless Steel. Bubble tight isolation damper systems.  They can be provided in either fluid seal (gel-seal) and gasket seal techniques. Our HEPA Air Filter Housings fluid seal and gasket seal housings provide you with a side servicing filter housing that has been designed to meet the air filtration needs of industries and research facilities that handle dangerous or toxic biological, radiological, or carcinogenic materials. Our containment housing designs have led to drastic improvements in bag-in/bag-out housings, remote in-place filter testing capabilities, remotely operated hot cell housings, low leak and bubble-tight isolation damper systems, seismic qualification, and the use of fluid seal and gasket seal techniques. Known simply as the "safe air filtration system", our unit is a system of ultra high efficiency containment filter modules designed specifically for hazardous applications. The unit is handled as a completely contained module, and is 100% incinerable. Each system is factory tested to ensure integrity, and its unique modular construction permits multiple-size installations. Available with the optional SCAN Module. Filter Housings Systems	In addition to manufacturing or Standard Air Filter Housings components, we also specialize in the design, manufacturing and testing of complete Custom Filtration Systems. Detailed engineering assures compatibility and maximum operating efficiency of housings, blower/motor assemblies, dampers, isoaltion dampers, transitions, plenums, test ports, test sections, instrumentation and additional equipment. Customized manufacturing of total filtration systems allows us to match components accurately to the airflow rate, capacity, residence time (carbon filtration, hega filtration) and other technical requirements.
