1) Upon Check-Out, if the Customer supplies a IN-CORRECT "SHIP
TO" Address it is not our Responsibilty to Re-Ship a Replacement Order at No Charge for replacement of your Order. You will be
required to Re-Order with the Correct "Ship To Address" or order your Product(s) from another Vendor.
Refunds will NOT be extended to the Buyer.
2) If, for any reason, you are not happy with your our Products and
your Purchase, please Contact Us so we may discuss your problems and arrive at a solution. All of our Products are Warranted for (1) Year
from Date of Purchase.
3) If we ship the in-correct Product we will Ship the correct product, at No Charge, to
you. This does not apply to verbal orders via phone. We suggest that all phone orders be followed by an e-mail confirming
your order requirements.
4) It is the Customer's responsibilty to review all "Personalized Quotations" for accuracy and approval
of the Item(s) Quoted. By ordering, the Customer is accepting the HVAC Store's posted Quote for the description
of the Quoted Product.
5) Custom Made Products cannot be returned. All sales are final.
