1) Upon Check-Out, if the Customer supplies a IN-CORRECT "SHIP TO" Address it is not our Responsibilty to Re-Ship a Replacement Order at No Charge for the replacement of your Original Order. You will be required to Re-Order with the Correct "Ship To Address".  Refunds can NOT be extended to the Buyer. Please Note: All Domestic and International shipments: it is the buyers responsibilty to review the items they are purchasing. By extending a purchase to us the buyer is acknowleding the product(s) ordered are what they require. The buyer also acknowleges that product(s) model numbers may have been subject to change / modification by the manufactucturer with continuing product improvements. If the buyer orders the in-correct item it is our policy to decide if the items may be returned for other items or a refund will be extended to the buyer.

2) If, for any reason, you are not happy with your our Products and your Purchase, please Contact Us so we may discuss your problems and arrive at a solution. All of our Products are Warranted for (1) Year from Date of Purchase.

3) If we ship the in-correct Product we will Ship the correct product, at No Charge, to you. This does not apply to verbal orders via phone.  We suggest that all phone orders be followed by an e-mail confirming your order requirements.

4) It is the Customer's responsibilty to review all "Personalized Quotations" for accuracy and approval of the Item(s) Quoted.  By ordering, the Customer is accepting the HVAC Store's posted Quote for the description of the Quoted Product.

5) In our on-going goal to enhance and provide superior products we reserve the right to fullfill all air filter orders with products that are at least of equal quality or better quality.

Please Note: Custom Made Products cannot be returned. All sales are final. Engineering Fees may be charged.

2) In the event your Shipment arrives damaged by the Carrier, it is the Customer's responsibility to refuse delivery or file a claim with the Carrier.

3) We will do everything possible to assist you in the filing of your Freight Claim for any Damaged Product(s).

4) Any Refunds for Damaged Items from Shipping will ONLY be extended upon the Customer's Return of the Damaged Product.
